How do I know the cleaning has actually been done?
Gold Keys documents each clean through Connecteam, with site checklists, time records and details of who completed the work. Photos support the visit records, giving your nominated contact evidence of the areas cleaned.
You can request records for a nominated period to review service delivery or support a strata committee meeting. If a scheduled task is missed, contact us directly so we can arrange a return visit under our 24-hour make-good guarantee.
Are your cleaners police-checked?
Yes. Gold Keys cleaners are police-checked, uniformed and inducted for each site before they begin work. The induction covers your agreed cleaning scope, access and key arrangements, and site-specific requirements.

During the visit, we walk through the premises with you, discuss priority areas, access and suitable cleaning times, and prepare a written scope and fixed quote. The visit usually takes 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the building.
