The Person Behind Gold Keys

Fab Chaves built this business from the ground up

Fab arrived in Australia in 2013 and spent the next decade working every level of the commercial cleaning industry from cleaner to site supervisor on one of the Gold Coast’s largest private school contracts.

He founded Gold Keys because he knew what accountable cleaning looked like from the inside.

When you work with Gold Keys, you deal directly with the person responsible for the outcome.

A clean isn’t done until it’s documented checklist, timestamp and photo, on every visit because trust should be earned by evidence, not assumed.

Contracts should be earned monthly

We don’t lock clients in. If the standard slips, you should be free to leave which is exactly why we can’t afford to let it slip.

Started as a cleaner on the Gold Coast in 2013 and has worked every level of the industry since. Sets the standard, and is the person accountable when something is missed.

Addha Assis

Business Development Manager

Leads the first conversation and site assessment for Gold Keys, translating each client’s priorities into a clear cleaning scope. Addha keeps communication practical and ensures the service agreed at the start is the service the operations team is prepared to deliver.

Roberta Berto

Office Manager

Brings more than 11 years of administrative and finance experience to Gold Keys. Keeps schedules, documentation and invoicing organised so clients receive clear, timely reporting.

Wesley Rodrigues

Cleaning Supervisor

Leads site inductions and quality checks, making sure every cleaner understands the building, the agreed scope and the required standard. Wesley checks the work area by area and coordinates the team response whenever something needs attention.
