Too much heat or moisture can be hard on some mat systems, particularly around seams and edges. That’s why we don’t steam or soak your mats. Our low-moisture process deep cleans the textured surface while keeping moisture under control.
Every mat system is different. Before we start, we check the type of mat, the vinyl, seams and edges, and match the method to what you have. If anything is already lifting or damaged, we show you and work around it.

How our mat cleaning works
Every job follows the same steps, so you know exactly what you are getting each visit.
1. Free mat check. We look at your mats and agree a time that doesn’t clash with classes. Most gyms book us after the last class or on a weekend.
2. Deep clean, matched to your mats. Hair, tape and grit come off first, then seams, edges and the full surface are cleaned using the method that suits your mat type.
3. Dry and hand back. The mats are dried and checked, ready for the next class.
4. Photo report. Before and after photos and a checklist, sent to you after every visit.

It depends on class numbers and how hard the mats are used. We’ll recommend a frequency after the free mat check, and there’s no lock-in either way.
Will it damage our mats?
We check your mat type first and match the method to it. No steam, no soaking and moisture kept under control. If seams are already lifting, we’ll show you before we start.
Will the mats be slippery afterwards?
Our process is designed to avoid leaving a slippery residue, and we check the surface before handover.
Does this replace our daily mopping?
No. Your daily mop keeps the surface in check between classes. The deep clean gets into the seams and texture that mopping can’t reach.
Can you clean the rest of the gym as well?
Yes. We can add bathrooms, change rooms, reception and floors to the same visit, or set up a regular gym cleaning schedule.
